Salary Details :

• Centre Administrator – Rs.30,000/-
• Senior Counselor – Rs. 20,000/-
• Case Worker – Rs. 15,000/-
• IT Admin – Rs. 18,000/-
• Multi Purpose Helper – Rs. 6,400/-
• Security – Rs. 10,000/-

Educational Qualification :

Educational Qualification: 

•  Centre Administrator :  Masters in Law/ Masters in Social Work/ Masters in Sociology/ Masters in Social Science/ Masters in Psychology with atleast 5 years experience of working on women related relevant domains in an administrative set-up with a Government or Non-Government project/programme
•  Senior Counselor : Professional Degree/ Diploma in Psychology/ Psychiatry/ Neurosciences with a background in Health Sector and preferably with atleast 3 years experience of working within Government or Non-Government Health Project Programme at the district level
•  Case Worker : Bachelors’ Degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology or Development Management with a minimum 1 year working experience in the field of violence against women issues.
•  IT Admin : Graduate in Computers/ IT, Etc. Tamil and English Both Higher Pass. With a Minimum of 3 years experience in data management, process documentation and web-based reporting formats, video conferencing at state or district level with Government or Non Governmental/IT-Based Organisations.
• Multi Purpose Helper : The Multi-purpose helper should have minimum qualification 10 std and experience working in Shelter Homes / House Keeping. The Candidate should also know to cook.
• Security : The Security Guard should have minimum qualification 10t std and 2 years of experience of working as security personnel
