Upon selection
- Candidate will be on probation for 3 months
- Candidate clearing the regular selection process would become eligible of CTC for INR 3.25 lakh per annum.
- Candidate successfully passing the super coder selection process would become eligible for CTC for INR 5.5 lakh per annu.
- Candidate will have to sign in indemnity Bond for INR 1L for mandatory service period of 2 years from date of joining company

Acadamic Eligibility:
- Candidate should have scored minimum of 70% or 7 CGPA (without rounding -up) in SSC/10th, HSC/12th/ Diploma (in case done) and B.E/B.TECH/ MCA/MSC (computer science)
- Eligible courses B.E/B.TECH- Computer science/ Computer Engineering/ IT/E&C/E&TC/ Telecom CommunicationS/Electronics or MCA/M.SC (Computer Science)
- Candidate should have completed The Eligible course in 2022-2023 without any backlogs and in possession of consolidated marksheet are professional degree certificate.
- There should not be a gap of more than one year after completing SSC and before joining the graduate/ postgraduate course Also, there should not be a loss of academic year I have the joining a course
