- Technician–Gr. A: 10th + ITI ( Electronics / Instrumentation ,Welder,Mechanical,Fitter (Mechanical)
- Scientific Assistant-Gr.A: Diploma in Electrical Engineering,Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication / Telecommunication Engineering (with 60% marks) , B.Sc., Degree in Zoology
- ScientificAssistant-Gr.B /Technical Officer: Diploma in Electrical Engineering,Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication / Telecommunication Engineering (with 60% marks)
Age Limit:
- Technician–Gr. A –Not exceeding 25 years
- Scientific Assistant-Gr.A: Not exceeding 28 years.
- ScientificAssistant-Gr.B /Technical Officer:Not exceeding 35 years
