Junior Assistant Manager (JAM)
- On joining the Bank’s services as Grade ‘O’, compensation on Cost to Company (CTC) basis would range between Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 lakh (Class A city) at the time of joining.
- Annual increment shall be granted based on performance or any other parameters as decided by the Bank from time to time.
Executive
- Rs.29,000/- per month in the first year,
- Rs.31,000/- per month in the second year

Basic qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% for General and OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria

IDBI May Follow the Certain Process to Select the Candidates.
Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’ – The selection process shall comprise of Online Test(OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).
Executive –Sales and Operations (ESO): The selection process shall comprise of Online Test(OT), Document Verification (DV)and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT)
