- Develop and maintain automation tools to reduce manual work and streamline deployments.
- Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure deployments across Zoho data centers.
- Assist in build deployment activities using Zoho’s in-house CI/CD pipelines.
- Create strong monitoring, alerting, and logging systems for proactive issue detection.
- Follow cloud security standards, IAM guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Respond to system alerts, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
- Forecast capacity needs and maintain system performance and uptime.
Salary:
- Zoho offers a competitive salary package for the Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) role, with an expected CTC ranging from ₹6 LPA to ₹10 LPA for freshers and early-career professionals, along with benefits such as health insurance, performance bonuses, and continuous learning support.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, tools (ping, traceroute, tcpdump, Wireshark etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Kubernetes, container deployments.
- Familiarity with terraform or other IaC tools.
- CI/CD understanding (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab etc.)
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or OCI is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Experience: 0–2 years in SRE, Cloud Automation, or Infrastructure roles.
- Scripting: Hands-on experience with Bash, Shell, or Python.
- Cloud & Networking: Basic understanding of cloud networking, IAM, and security principles.
- Programming Knowledge: Familiarity with C / C++ / Java / Python.
- Ability to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
- Important: 2026 graduates are NOT eligible.
