TNSRLM Ariyalur Recruitment 2026 notification has been released by the Tamil Nadu State Rural Livelihood Mission (TNSRLM) to fill 97 Community Bank Coordinator posts in Ariyalur district. The recruitment is aimed at empowering eligible women Self-Help Group (SHG) members by providing opportunities to support financial inclusion and community banking activities at the grassroots level.

Candidates who have completed 12th standard and possess experience as SHG Animators or Facilitators can apply for these positions. Selected candidates will work closely with Panchayat Level Federations, assist SHG members in banking-related activities, and help facilitate access to financial services. Community Bank Coordinator : Candidates must have passed 12th standard from a recognized board. Applicants should also possess a minimum of 2 years experience in Women Self-Help Groups (SHG). Good communication skills and basic banking knowledge will be preferred.
