- Assistant General Manager: ₹70,100 – ₹1,46,960 per month
- Chief Manager: ₹60,200 – ₹1,26,220 per month

- Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager: ₹37,900 – ₹79,520 per month
- Assistant Manager (Secretarial): ₹31,100 – ₹65,350 per month

Educational Qualification:
General Manager – Production (Paper Board & Tissue)
First Class full-time Engineering Degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Pulp and Paper Technology or related qualification with extensive industry experience in paper board and tissue manufacturing.
Deputy General Manager (Cement Marketing)
First Class Engineering Degree with MBA in Marketing or Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce with MBA or PG Diploma in Marketing Management with relevant experience in cement marketing.
Assistant General Manager (Marketing – Paper)
Candidates must have Engineering Degree with MBA (Marketing) or equivalent qualification with experience in paper marketing.
Assistant Manager (Cement Marketing)
Engineering Degree with MBA (Marketing) / PG Diploma in Marketing and relevant marketing experience.
Assistant Manager (Laboratory)
B.Sc with M.Sc in Chemistry or B.E/B.Tech in Pulp & Paper Technology or equivalent qualification with laboratory experience in pulp and paper industries.
Age Limit:
- Assistant General Manager: 43–55 years
- Chief Manager: 39–53 years
- Manager: 34–53 years
- Deputy Manager: 29–45 years
- Assistant Manager: 28–45 years
