- Executive Director – Operations – 1st class full time Bachelor Degree in Engineering degree from a recognized University / Institute. (or) Full time Science degree with 1st class full time PG diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology
- General Manager – Finance – CA/CMA
- Management Trainee – HR – Full time Engineering Degree / Arts / Science and 1st Class Two years full time M.A. (Social Work) with specialization in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / MSW in HR. (or) Full time Engineering Degree / Arts / Science and 1st Class Two years full time MBA with Specialization in HR.
- Management Trainee – Plantation –First Class full time 4 years B.Sc. (Agriculture / Forestry / Horticulture). – BC candidates should have secured First Class with minimum Seventy Percentage of marks in aggregate.
