AGE LIMIT :
- Between 18 to 23 years as on 20.11.2023. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules. Go through SSB official Notification 2023 for more reference

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :
- Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board or institute.
Sports qualification:
(i) Players who have represented in any recognized International events representing the country.
Or
(ii) Players represented a State/UT in the Senior or Junior level National championship
Or
(iii) Players represented a University in an Inter-University competition.
Or
(iv) Players represented the State Schools in the National Sports/Games for Schools.
Or
(v) Players awarded National Award in physical efficiency under National physical efficiency Drive.
Note: Sports qualification will be taken on consideration of the participation/achievements by the candidates in the past 02 years (cut off date for determining the eligibility criteria is 30 days from the date of publication of this advertisement in Employment News) only.

SALARY DETAILS :
- The post will carry Pay Matrix Rs.21700-69100/- (Level-3) as per 7th CPC and other allowances as admissible in the Force from time to time under the rules/instructions. The selected candidates for the post of CT (GD) under Sports Quota will be governed under Contribution Pension Scheme (New Pension Scheme).
