- Rate of Stipend: Stipend will be paid as per the directions of Railway Board’s circular RBE 202/2019 dated 26.11.2019 under the directives of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Notification dated 25m September 2019.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Fitter–hould have passed 10 Class (with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks) under 10 +2 System of education,
- Welder (Gas & Electric)-Should have passed 10th Class (with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks) under 10 +2 System of education
- Medical Laboratory Technicians-Passed 12th class examination under 10+2 system of education with physics, chemistry and biology (with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks)

Age Limit:
- The candidates should have completed 15 years of age and should not have completed 22/24 years for Freshers/Ex-ITI, MLT Respectively
- The upper age is relaxable by 3 Years for OBC candidates, 5 Years for SC/ST candidates and 10 Years for Persons with disability (PwBD).
