- Project Scientist II & III – 05 Nos
- Research Associate: 04 Nos
- Project Associate I: 02 Nos

| Post Wise Salary Details : |
- Project Scientist II & III – Rs.80,000 to Rs.1,00,000 per month
- Research Associate: Rs.70,000 to Rs.85,000 per month
- Project Associate I: Rs.40,000 to Rs.50,000 per month
- Project Associate II: Rs.40,000 to Rs.50,000 per month
Eligibility Criteria:
- Project Scientist II & III – Candidates with a Doctorate Degree in PhD in the field of Science or master’s degree in Engineering or Technology in the relevant field with three to seven years of working experience in the relevant field.
- Research Associate: Candidates with a master’s degree in M.E or M.Tech or MS in the relevant field with three to five years of working experience in the relevant field.
- Project Associate I: Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in B.E or B.Tech in the field of Electronics and Communication or Electrical or Applied Electronics or VLSI Design or Embedded Systems or master’s degree in M.E or M.Tech in the field of Electronics and Communication or Electrical or Applied Electronics or VLSI Design or Embedded Systems.
- Project Associate II: Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in B.E or B.Tech in the field of Electronics and Communication or Electrical or Applied Electronics or VLSI Design or Embedded Systems or master’s degree in M.E or M.Tech in the field of Electronics and Communication or Electrical or Applied Electronics or VLSI Design or Embedded Systems with minimum two years of working experience in the relevant field.
Age Limit:
- Project Scientist II or Research Associate-Maximum 40 Years
- Project Scientist III-Maximum 45 Years
- Project Associate I & II-Maximum 35 Years.
- The Upper Age Limit is given as per govt Norms
