- SCT – 1 to SCT – 5: M.Tech / M.E. in Structural Engineering / Applied Mechanics / Geotechnical / Ocean Engineering; experience in advanced structural analysis, composite materials, structural health monitoring, software and experimental techniques.
- SCT – 6: M.Tech / M.E. in Electronics, Computer Science, IT; experience in programming, software use, and experimental techniques.
- SCT – 7: B.Tech / M.Sc with Post Graduate in Intellectual Property Law; experience in R&D project/financial management, technology forecasting, IP management.
- SCT – 8: M.Tech / M.E. in Structural/Electronics/Computer/AI/ML; experience in R&D financial and project management, technology forecasting, IP management.
