- a. Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised Institute or Board with knowledge of English.b. Should have completed Apprenticeship Training in the trade. OR A Mechanic or Similar Professional with Two years of regular service in the Army, Navy, or Air Force’s relevant Technical Branch.
