Salary:
- All selected candidates will be appointed in Level-10 of the Defence Pay Matrix, with a salary range of ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500 per month, plus Military Service Pay (MSP) of ₹15,500 and other allowances including Flying Pay, Dearness Allowance, Kit Maintenance, Transport, and Housing benefits.

Educational Qualification:
- Flying Branch –
Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 60% marks and Physics & Mathematics at 10+2 level. - Ground Duty (Technical) –
BE/B.Tech degree with at least 60% marks in relevant disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, etc.). - Ground Duty (Non-Technical) –
Graduate degree with 60% marks in any discipline / relevant specialization (Administration, Accounts, Logistics). - NCC Special Entry (Flying) –
NCC ‘C’ Certificate holders in Air Wing Senior Division with minimum 60% marks in graduation.
Age Limit:
- Flying Branch: 20 to 24 years (as on 01 January 2027) → Born between 02 Jan 2003 and 01 Jan 2007.
Commercial Pilot License holders: upper age relaxable up to 26 years. - Ground Duty (Technical/Non-Technical): 20 to 26 years (as on 01 January 2027).
