The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the IBPS CRP RRBs XV Recruitment 2026 Tamil notification to recruit 745 Specialist Officer (SO) vacancies in participating public sector banks across India. The recruitment includes posts such as IT Officer, Agricultural Field Officer, Rajbhasha Adhikari, Law Officer, HR/Personnel Officer, and Marketing Officer. | IBPS Eligibility Criteria:- |
- Office Assistants (Multipurpose): Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent. Candidates should also have proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating RRB. Working knowledge of computers is desirable.
- Officer Scale I: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent. Preference may be given to candidates with qualifications in areas such as IT, Law, Agriculture, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Management, Horticulture and related fields.
- Officer Scale II (General Banking Officer): Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks and must have at least 2 years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
- Officer Scale II (IT): Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks, along with 1 year of relevant experience.
- Officer Scale II (CA): Candidates must be a Chartered Accountant and should have 1 year of experience as a Chartered Accountant.
- Officer Scale II (Law): Candidates must possess a Degree in Law with a minimum of 50% marks and should have 2 years of experience as an advocate or as a Law Officer in a Bank/Financial Institution.
- Officer Scale II (Treasury Manager): Candidates must possess CA or MBA in Finance and should have 1 year of relevant experience.
- Officer Scale II (Marketing Officer): Candidates must possess an MBA in Marketing and should have 1 year of relevant experience.
- Officer Scale II (Agriculture Officer): Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Animal Husbandry, Forestry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks and should have 2 years of relevant experience.
- Officer Scale III (Senior Manager): Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks and should have at least 5 years of experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
Age Limit :
- Office Assistants (Multipurpose): 18 to 28 years.
- Officer Scale I: Above 18 years and below 30 years.
- Officer Scale II: Above 21 years and below 32 years.
- Officer Scale III: Above 21 years and below 40 years.
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST Candidates: 5 years
- OBC (NCL) Candidates: 3 years
- PwBD Candidates: 10 years for UR, 13 years for OBC and 15 years for SC/ST
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Government rules
