Eligibility Criteria:
- Junior Manager (Design & Development, Production, Quality, Safety, Marketing & Export): First Class Diploma/Degree in relevant Engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Industrial Production, Computer Science, IT, etc.)
- Junior Manager (Legal): First Class Degree in any discipline with First Class Law Degree or 5-year Integrated LLB.
- Junior Manager (Safety): First Class Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety Engineering or Engineering with 1-year Industrial Safety Diploma (RLI/recognized institute) with Tamil & English knowledge.
- Assistant Manager (Mechanical Maintenance): First Class Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, CS, IT, Robotics, etc.) or MBA (Marketing) for Marketing & Export post.
Age Limit:
- Junior Manager – Minimum Age – 18 Years, Maximum Age – 40 Years
- Assistant Manager – Minimum Age – 18 Years, Maximum Age – 40 Years
