Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must have passed Matriculation / 12th Class and possess ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in the relevant trade.
- Technician (RS & E&M): ITI in Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Fitter, Refrigeration & AC Mechanic.
- Technician (Traction): ITI in Electrician Trade.
- Technician (Sig. & PSD / Tele & AFC): ITI in Electronic Mechanic, ICT System Maintenance, Information Technology, Computer Hardware & Network Maintenance, Power Electronics System, etc.
- Technician (Civil & Track): ITI in Fitter, Plumber, Welder, Carpenter.
- Candidates must have minimum 60% aggregate marks in ITI.
- Only candidates from Government or Government-aided ITIs in Tamil Nadu are eligible.
- Private ITI candidates will not be considered.
Age Limit:
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 33 years (as on 01.10.2025)

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated salary of ₹27,014 per month under the E1 Technician Pay Structure along with additional benefits such as Medical Insurance, PF, and TA/DA as per project norms.
