Educational Qualification:
- Centre Administrator: Master’s Degree in Social Work/Psychology + 4 years experience in projects related to women protection.
- Senior Counselor: MSW / M.Sc (Counselling Psychology) + 2 years relevant experience.
- IT Administrator: B.Tech / B.Sc + Diploma in Computers/IT with 3 years experience in data management.
- Case Worker: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work + 1 year experience in women welfare projects.
- Security Guard: 10th Pass + experience as security staff.
- Multi Purpose Helper: 10th Pass + experience in office maintenance and cooking.
