- Degree from a recognized University.
- One-year Diploma in Social Work with one year of relevant experience.

- Minimum 3 years of correspondence work experience in Government, Semi-Government, PSU, Autonomous Bodies, or Institutions.

Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
