10th +2 or its equivalent from recognised board on University: and first class Engine driver certificate issued by central/ state inland water Transport authority Mercantile Marine Department
HC (Master)
Matriculation from recognised board or equivalent: and Serang certificate
HC (Engine Driver)
Matriculation from recognised board or equivalent: and Possessing second class engine driver certificate
HC (Workshop)
Matriculation from a recognised board or equivalent and industrial training instituted diploma in Motor Mechanic (Diesel/Petrol/Engine), Electrician, AC technician, Electronics, Mechinist, Carpentry or Plumping for the post of HC (Workshop) Mechanic (Diesel/Petrol/Engine), HC (Workshop) Electrician, HC (Workshop) AC technician, HC (Workshop) Electronics, HC (Workshop) Machinist, HC (Workshop) Carpenter and HC (Workshop) plumber from a recognised Institution repectively.
Constable (Crew)
Matriculation from a recognised board or equivalent: and one year experience in operation of Boat below to 265 HP should know swimming in the water without any assistance.
