- Project Associate-II (Urban Planner):Candidates with a Bachelor of Architecture or B.E or B.Tech in the field of Civil Engineering or Master of Planning

- Project Associate-II (Hydrologist);Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in B.E or B.Tech in the field of Civil Engineering or master’s degree in M.E or M.Tech in the field of Hydrology or Water Resource Engineering.
