| Post Wise Salary Details : |
- The selected candidate would be paid a consolidated pay of Rs. 60,000/- per month for their services in the Company as a Management Trainee.
- On their successful completion of Management Trainee period and subsequent absorption as Scale – I officers (Administrative Officers) with the Basic Pay starting at Rs. 50,925/- in the Scale of Rs. 50925-2500(14)-85925-2710(4)-96765 and other admissible allowances as applicable. Gross emoluments will be approximately 90,000/- (per month) depending on their place of posting
Eligibility Criteria:
- Generalists: A candidate must possess Graduation / Post graduation in any discipline from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks for UR/OBC/EWS candidates and minimum 55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates in either of the degrees.
- Actuarial: Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Actuarial Sciences/ Economics/ Operations Research from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks in either of the degree examination for UR/OBC/EWS and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates
- Information Technology: B. E / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology/ MCA from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks in either of the degree examination for UR/OBC/EWS & 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

Age Limit:
- Age (as on 01.12.2024): Minimum Age: 21 years & Maximum Age: 30 years i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 2 nd December 1994 and not later than 1 st December 2003 (both dates inclusive).
- Applicants Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Government of India Rules.
